Dr. Olufemi O. Oyenuga is a seasoned technology strategist and digital transformation leader with over 30 years of experience across financial services, telecommunications, capital markets, fintech, and the public sector.

He currently serves as Group Executive Director at Chams Holdco Plc, where he provides strategic leadership across the Group and contributes to the Board’s Innovation, Marketing, and Technology Strategy Committee.

Dr. Oyenuga has held executive leadership roles including Chief Digital Officer at the Nigerian Exchange Group, Chief Digital Officer at Accion Microfinance Bank, and Chief Digital Architect at Oracle Africa. Across these roles, he has led enterprise cloud migration, open banking architecture, mobile money integration, capital market digitization, and large-scale cybersecurity and data transformation programs across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Mauritius, and South Africa.

At the Nigerian Exchange, he led the launch of a digital IPO platform and introduced analytics-driven market intelligence initiatives to deepen retail investor participation. In telecommunications, he contributed to enterprise architecture transformation at MTN and Safaricom.

Beyond corporate leadership, he serves on multiple boards across technology, investment, and digital infrastructure organizations, and has contributed to national digital policy conversations through the National Economic Summit Group and FintechNGR.

A Medical Doctor by training, Chartered Banker, Chartered Stockbroker, and Life Member of the Institute of Directors, Dr. Oyenuga brings a rare blend of healthcare insight, financial services expertise, and deep technology leadership.

He is multilingual and actively engaged in mentorship, investment strategy, and digital ecosystem development across Africa and Europe.
