A proudly Nigerian digital infrastructure company, ChamsCorp PLC, was incorporated in December 2025 as a subsidiary of Chams HoldCo PLC to pursue emerging digital infrastructure opportunities across Nigeria and Africa. The company was established in response to the rapid acceleration of technology adoption and growing demand for scalable, locally controlled digital solutions.

Building on the Chams Group’s decades of experience in identity management, financial technology, and large-scale national digital initiatives, ChamsCorp focuses on infrastructure-led growth areas, including digital devices, platforms, and enabling technologies that support education, enterprise, and financial inclusion.

ChamsCorp is strategically positioned to deliver integrated solutions spanning digital device manufacturing, digital services, data centre operations, and technology infrastructure projects. Through a joint venture framework and strategic partnerships, the company is developing Nigerian-owned brands and platforms to meet the nation’s and region’s large-scale digital needs.
